Who is responsible for your information?
Simply Shutters is responsible for the personal information collected through this website. For privacy questions or requests, contact simplyshuttersprescot@gmail.com.
Information we collect
Quote enquiries include your name, mobile number, email address and postcode. You may also provide a window quantity, preferred timeframe, room interest and additional details. Callback requests collect your name, mobile number and postcode. We record the submission date and the page where you submitted your enquiry.
If you consent to marketing measurement, available advertising campaign parameters and Meta click identifiers may be included with your enquiry. Please do not include sensitive personal information in the additional details field.
How and why we use your information
We use your details to respond to your enquiry, discuss shutter options, confirm service coverage and arrange requested next steps. This processing supports steps you ask us to take before entering a contract. We also have a legitimate interest in securely administering enquiries and preventing misuse. Optional advertising measurement relies on your consent. Submitting a quote or callback request does not subscribe you to ongoing promotional messages.
Storage and access
Enquiries are stored using Base44's hosted platform and are restricted to authorised app administrators. Service providers may process information where necessary to host and operate the website. We do not publish your enquiry or send it to the previous website advertiser. Where providers process information outside the UK, applicable international transfer safeguards must be used.
How long information is kept
We keep enquiry information only for as long as needed to handle your request, manage any resulting customer relationship and meet applicable legal obligations. You can contact us to ask about the retention of your enquiry or request deletion.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your information, or object to its use. You may withdraw optional tracking consent through Cookie settings without affecting processing already carried out. You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
